Terms of use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms apply to the Arenio app and the website https://arenio.club, operated by Vlad Roșu (a private individual), e-mail contact@arenio.club. By using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.
1. What Arenio is
Arenio helps sports clubs organise their activity: groups, schedules, sessions, attendance, levels and achievements, memberships, payment records and private lessons. Admins run the club in the app, coaches see their schedule and take attendance, parents and athletes see their practice sessions, confirm attendance and keep track of payments.
The payment records in the app are only records: the app does not collect money, process cards or issue invoices. Payment is made directly between you and the club, as you have agreed.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your e-mail or phone and a password. The details must be yours and correct; keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
- An account belongs to one person. One person can have several roles (for example parent and coach), each as a separate account in the app, with the same sign-in.
- A club admin account is separate from a personal one and belongs to the club.
- Children under 16 use the app through their parents or with their consent. A parent who creates or manages a child’s account is responsible for its use.
- If a club or a parent creates your account, you receive a link to choose your own password; nobody else knows it.
3. Clubs
- The club (through its admins) is responsible for the data it writes in the app about its members and for having the right to process it (for example its contract with members or the parents’ consent). For this data the club is the controller, and Arenio processes it on the club’s behalf.
- The commercial relationship with a club (price, duration, the agreement on processing its members’ data) is set out in a separate contract, signed outside the app with [Denumirea firmei SRL, CUI].
- Prices, memberships, payment rules, schedules, cancellations and any arrangement between a club and its members are set by the club. Arenio is not a party to these arrangements and is not responsible for them.
- A club may keep its history (attendance, payments) after a member leaves or deletes their account, without their contact details, as explained in the Privacy policy.
- A club’s invitation codes and links are given only to people who belong in the club; the club can change them at any time.
4. What you may not do
- use someone else’s account or try to get into accounts, clubs or data that aren’t yours;
- upload photos or texts that are illegal, offensive or that infringe someone else’s rights (including photos of other people without their consent);
- use the app to send unsolicited messages or to collect data about other users;
- disrupt the service (attacks, excessive automated load, getting around security limits) or copy, decompile or resell the app.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close the account, with prior notice where appropriate.
5. Your content
What you upload (for example your profile photo) remains yours. You only give us the right to store it and to show it to the people who need to see it in the app (your family, the club), for as long as it is in the account.
The app, the Arenio name and logo, the design and the code are ours and are protected by law.
6. Price
For parents, athletes and coaches the app is free. A club uses it under a separate contract, signed outside the app with [Denumirea firmei SRL, CUI]; the price and terms of that contract are not part of these terms. If we introduce paid features in the app, we will announce them clearly beforehand, and payment will be made through the methods required by the App Store and Google Play where applicable.
7. Availability and liability
We do everything we can to keep the app working well and the data safe, but we can’t guarantee it will always work without interruptions or errors. The app is an organisation tool: the schedules, attendance and amounts shown are those entered by the club, and the club is responsible for their accuracy.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (for example a missed practice because of a schedule entered incorrectly). Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Romanian and European law.
8. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app (see the Delete your account page). You leave a club from the club’s page, and the club can unlink you from it; either way the club keeps its history there, without your account.
We may shut down the service, with notice given at least 30 days in advance, during which you can ask for your data.
9. App Store and Google Play
For the app downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google: we, not they, are responsible for the app, its maintenance and support, and any claim related to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. By using the app you confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on a US government list of restricted parties.
For the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
10. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; when a change is important, we will let you know in the app or by e-mail at least 15 days beforehand. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will first try to settle any disagreement amicably; otherwise it will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania. As a consumer you can also turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, www.anpc.ro) or to the consumer authority of the EU country where you live.
